- JEDDAH: A Saudi was arrested on Wednesday in connection with the murder of a Yemeni expatriate worker in Rawabi within 24 hours after the crime.
Police said the Saudi killed the Yemeni man following a personal dispute. Criminal investigation officers had found a weapon used by the killer in a place close to the crime site, a security source told Arab News.
“Police had also questioned many people in order to find out the killer,” the source said, adding that the Saudi killer would be handed over to the Investigation and Public Prosecution Commission.
A Saudi found the Yemeni’s body near his house while he was going to mosque for Fajr prayers. He immediately informed police, which found four stab wounds on the body.
