Libya provides less than two percent of Occidental’s total worldwide production.

The company’s share of production from Libyan properties in 2010 was approximately 13,000 barrels-of-oil-equivalent per day.

“We are not aware of the current production status of the Libya oilfields where Oxy produces,” said the spokesman in response to a question about the status of its fields.
