The same court had earlier issued arrest warrant against Musharraf.

The case hearing has been adjourned until the end of April.

During the hearing, the FIA submitted a report stating it has contacted Britain regarding the arrest of Musharraf. The FIA said no progress has been made regarding the arrest of Musharraf, on which, the judge asked the agency to contact Interpol and present the accused on April 2.

The prosecution was to submit an application for declaring the former president a proclaimed offender, but the hearing was adjourned due to the absence of defense lawyers.

Pakistan has no extradition treaty with United Kingdom.

Meanwhile, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that all those responsible for the assassination of Benazir Bhutto were arrested.

He was talking to journalists after inaugurating Gujar Khan’s Passport Office.

He said all the accused are in the custody of a special investigation team which has already "smashed their network.”

The Central Executive Committee (CEC) of the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) will decide whether or not to make public the investigation report in the Benazir murder case, he added.
