Hong Kong’s highest court on Wednesday rejected Tony Chan Chun-chuen’s attempt to appeal last year’s ruling to the Court of Final Appeal.

It’s another setback for the fortune teller. In February, the Court of Appeal had already rejected an appeal by Chan of a ruling in favor of a 2002 will that left Wang’s estate to a charity founded by her and her late husband in 1988.

Chan said a will dating from 2006 that bequeathed him Wang’s entire fortune, estimated at more than $12 billion, was authentic.
