The projects included expansion of Al-Sail Road at a cost of SR27 million, construction of King Abdullah Road at a cost of SR554 million and development of Shafa Road at a cost of SR12 million.

Another road leading to Taif University was constructed at a cost of SR114 million, said Mayor Muhammad Al-Mukhrej. The inauguration was attended by senior officials including Taif Gov. Fahd Muammar.
