The companies will compete for projects in oil, gas, power, water and industrial sectors.

“The company will announce any projects if awarded,” Abdullah Al-Khodari said in a statement posted on Tadawul website. The memorandum of understanding has had no financial impact so far, the company added.

Saudi Kier is part of the UK-based Kier Construction, which has equivalent subsidiaries in Dubai, Caribbean and Romania among other destinations.
