More than 120 million viewers from Israel to Ireland are expected to tune in Saturday night to watch 25 finalists belt out their ballads and bubblegum pop numbers in hopes of wresting the title from 19-year-old Lena. French contestant Amaury Vassili topped British bookmakers' odds Friday, just edging out Irish brothers John and Edward Grimes - Jedward - while Google's predictor placed Armenian singer Emmy just ahead of Lena.

The winner Saturday in Duesseldorf will be decided by a combination of judges and telephone voters in participating countries. Fans cannot vote for their own nation.
