The 29-year-old Saudi man stabbed his elder brother to death following a family dispute on Monday, a police source said. Police found him sitting alone on the Jeddah beach.

The man has been sent for psychological tests to ensure his mental health, said police spokesman Brig. Misfer Al-Juaid.

Investigations are under way.
