1. Establishment of a permanent executive committee comprising members from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Saudi Customs Authority, with a view to playing an integral role in facilitating trade procedures.

2. Monitoring of the implementation of legislations that will guarantee both information security and prevent infringement of the rights of all trade and business sections.

3. Restructuring of the Kingdom’s e-transaction law, so that it will ensure more security and confidentiality in electronic communications. Also, intensify awareness campaigns for electronic transactions and online payments.

4. A call to the concerned authorities to hire Saudi women in consumer protection and combating commercial fraud.

5. Staging of more consumer awareness programs to spread consumerism and the culture of consumption.

6. Establishment of a center of economic indicators to provide data and statistics that enable decision-makers take the right decision.

7. Stiffening the penalties for those involved in commodities’ price monopolization and manipulations, and selling counterfeit and fake goods.

8. The dropping of the “Director” title in businesswomen’s commercial licenses to enable them to make their own transactions independently.
