Afterward, he allegedly threw the body in a garbage bin in Al-Wurud district in the city. Cleaners found the body of the boy, Raid Al-Kaabi, in rubbish close to the boy’s house on Friday. The gaping neck wound was visible and people in the neighborhood were deeply shocked by the incident, an eyewitness said. Police spokesman in Tabuk Capt. Muhammad Al-Anazi said Al-Kaabi’s murderer was a Saudi in his early twenties with a criminal past.

“Police started searching for Raid when they received a report from his family that the boy was missing after he went to a supermarket in the district Thursday evening,” Al-Anazi said.
