- RIYADH: Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), during his recent visit to New York, which commenced on May 17, granted interviews to top US media houses to discuss various topics such as his investments, the current status of the global economy and the Middle East.
Alwaleed had interviews at National Public Radio with Robert Siegal; Leaders Magazine with David Schner; Fox news with Neil Cavuto; CNBC “Squawk Box”; CNBC with Maria Bartiromo, and CNN GPS and Time Magazine with Fareed Zakaria
In addition, the prince met with The New York Times' editorial management. He toured CNBC studios and met with the CNBC editorial management.
He held talks with Suzanne Mcgee of Barrons. He also met with Charlie Rose of “The Charlie Rose Show” that airs on PBS, and visited CNN and met with Piers Morgan.
Moreover, Alwaleed held business meetings with political, financial and economic representatives with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg; Andy Lack from Bloomberg news agency and Richard Haas, president of the Council of Foreign Relations.
At Citigroup headquarters, the prince met with Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit; Mike Lagopoulos, deputy chairman of Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management.
