- AL-JOUF: The National Dialogue Center (NDC) began Sunday a two-day training session for the employees of Al-Jouf Municipality on the subject of promoting communication skills.
About 50 staff members are attending the training session being held at the educational training center to the north of Sakaka. The program is jointly being organized with the Department of Education Affairs in the province. Accredited trainer Ahmad bin Attah Al-Suwailem is the instructor.
NDC Supervisor Abdul Aziz Al-Hamwan said the program is aimed at increasing awareness and spreading the culture of dialogue.
He added that so far the center has trained employees of 13 government departments and private-sector establishments.
Al-Hamwan said the center will start Tuesday five programs on the same topic with the local members of the police force.
“The center is continuing its efforts to spread the culture of dialogue through training courses and workshops in various parts of the Kingdom,” he added.
