Miguel Olivo had a homer, a double and two RBIs for Seattle and Jason Kubel added two hits and an RBI for the Twins.

At Anaheim, California, David DeJesus hit two homers and drove in four runs, and Guillermo Moscoso pitched six scoreless innings to win his first major league start, as Oakland snapped a six-game losing streak.

DeJesus doubled his season homer total with a second-inning solo shot and a two-run homer in the fourth off Dan Haren (4-3), whose winless streak reached seven starts since he began the season 4-0.

Moscoso (1-0), in his Oakland debut, gave up three hits and never allowed a runner to reach third base. Moscoso, who's filling in for injured Tyson Ross, made brief appearances in the Texas Rangers' bullpen the past two seasons.
