- LONDON: India batsman Sachin Tendulkar has been ruled out of the rest of the one-day series against England due to a toe injury, the BBC reported on Monday.
Tendulkar, one-day cricket's leading run-scorer, missed the Twenty20 international and the first match of the five-game one-day series, which was abandoned on Saturday. The second match is at the Rose Bowl, Hampshire on Tuesday.
Tendulkar, 38, has made 99 centuries in international cricket, 51 in Tests and 48 in one-dayers.
