- CAIRO: Veteran actor Ezzat Al-Alayli expressed his fear for the continuation of demonstrations in Egypt.
- He said that it was people’s right to demonstrate as long as they are peaceful and do not destroy public and private properties.
He added, however, that if demonstrations continued, it would paralyze the country and stop production. “It would also bring instability to the country and increase the unemployment rate.” He urged the military counsel to deal positively with demonstrations in order to avoid clashes between the army and protesters.
