- CAIRO: Young Egyptian actress Ayten Amer appeared during Ramadan in three serials: “Kayd Al-Nisa,” “Nur Mariam” and “Al-Dali 3.” Ayten said that she was happy with her Ramadan participation saying that she played three different characters in the serials.
She liked her role in “Kayd Al-Nisa” most, where she played the character or a nice young lady. Ayten denied that her sister, actress Wafaa Amer, played any part in her success as an actress, saying that an actor had to prove him or herself.
Ayten said that she benefited a lot from working next to big stars like Nur Al-Shareef in Al-Dali and Somayya Khashab and Fifi Abdu in Kayd Al-Nisa.
