- JEDDAH: A Syrian and a Saudi were executed in the northern province of Al-Jouf on Wednesday on drug trafficking and murder charges respectively, the Saudi Press Agency reported quoting the Interior Ministry.
Syrian Karim Al-Raslan was executed after he was convicted of smuggling 230,000 narcotic tablets into the Kingdom. Eid bin Qanas Al-Anazi was beheaded for killing Yazid bin Mugbil Al-Anazi following a dispute.
