Total operating income during the third quarter reached SR294 million compared to SR293 million for the same quarter in the previous year, with increase of 0.34 percent.

Net special commission during the third quarter was SR210 million compared to SR175 million for the same quarter in the last year, with increase of 20 percent.

Net income during the nine-month period was SR193 million, compared to SR56 million for the same period in the last year, with an increase of 245 percent.

Earnings per share during the nine-month period reached to SR0.64 compared to SR0.19 for the same period last year.

Total operating income during the nine-month period reached SR878 million, compared to SR893 million for the same period last year, with a decrease of 1.68 percent.

Net special commission during the nine-month period was SR585 million compared to SR532 million for the same period in the previous year, with an increase of 10 percent.

Total assets as of Sept. 30, 2011, reached SR37.554 million compared to SR29.851 million for the same period last year, with an increase of 26 percent.

Investments reached to SR5,080 million as of Sept. 30, 2011, compared to SR4,313 million for the same period last year, with an increase of 18 percent. Loans and advances portfolio reached to SR21,783 million as of Sept. 30, 2011, compared to SR18,265 million for the same period in the previous year, with an increase of 19 percent.

Customer deposits reached to SR30,598 million as of Sept. 30, 2011, compared to SR22,609 million for the same period in the previous year, with an increase of 35 percent.

The increase in the net income during the current period compared to the same quarter last year is due to the decrease in the operating expense.
