Samba Financial Group (Samba) shares advanced by 3.26 percent to SR47.50 — its highest price in almost three months. SABB shares soared 2.81 percent to SR40.30. Saudi Hollandi Bank shares edged higher by 2.57 percent to close at SR27.90.
Shares in Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC), the world's largest petrochemicals maker, rose 3.42 percent to SR98.25, the biggest gain since March.
The value of traded shares exceeded SR6 billion mark on Saturday.
