This initial package comprises land area divided into 11 sites spread across the Kingdom. Each site covers a different area, ranging from Dammam to Khamis Mushayt.

Under this contract, Parsons will be responsible for master planning, neighborhood planning, infrastructure design, and the design of various housing types, as well as construction supervision of all 11 developments.
