With the successful completion of this Certification Foxtrot upgrade, Jet Aviation Dubai solidifies its position as a leading maintenance service provider to the Gulfstream fleet for next generation air-traffic control systems.

Jet Aviation Dubai is authorized to support PlaneView Certification Foxtrot Basic upgrades on Gulfstream G350, G450, G500 and G550 aircraft, and Synthetic Vision on the G550.

Certification Foxtrot Basic provides pilots with improved vision, enhanced navigational ability and better weather information.

It is an efficient way of improving Gulfstream's aircraft performance, value, safety and navigational accuracy, all with minimal downtime.

The synthetic vision flight display (SV-PDF) provides improved situational awareness, particularly in unknown and mountainous territory, through one simple image that projects visual flight display with intuitive daylight, regardless of actual light or weather conditions.

Jet Aviation Dubai's maintenance and FBO location was established in May 2005 as a joint venture company with the Al Mula Group.

The facility has a total of 4,200 square meters (45,192 square feet) of hangar space, a workshop area of 1,000 square meters (10,760 square feet), and a two-story FBO building with an area of 1,050 square meters (11,300 square feet).

The facility holds EASA #145.0317 maintenance approval and is an FAA #U8JY426Y repair station.

It also holds Bermuda DCA, Cayman CAA, Jordan CARC, Pakistan CAA, Saudi Arabia PCA and UAE GCAA approvals.
