Fakeih made the statement at a function organized for all employees of the Labor Ministry at Al-Faisaliyah Hotel in Riyadh on Thursday.

The minister also launched an interactive dialogue with the employees of the ministry in the meeting. He said the ministry had created 1,000 new job opportunities in the ministry with the aim of offering better service to citizens.

The minister stressed the need to give better service to the public and to spread a culture of service among the employees of the ministry. "Ours is a ministry of service striving to achieve future welfare of the Saudi people," the minister said.

The minister also thanked the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) for their efforts in implementing various employment programs such as the Nitaqat.

The minister added that he and his deputy and undersecretaries would start next month visiting all Labor offices in the Kingdom and discusses their problems.
