This symposium is considered the first of its kind in the Middle East, since it reviews the latest technologies and applications in the field of diagnostic imaging, which includes CT Scan, MRI, ultrasound, and positron tomography.Chief technologist of diagnostic imaging department Tahani Al-Qahtani clarified that the scientific committee included members who represent ophthalmologists, neuroradiology and medical physicists from King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital and other major specialized and education hospitals in Riyadh. The committee has chosen four international speakers from the United States to present the latest ophthalmology diagnostic techniques.The symposium has been accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
