His main aim was to see the successful vocational training project in the Kingdom where Toshiba has been contributing a lot of technical cooperation and support. 

In Sehai, Fahad Al-Harbi, director and three Japanese experts welcomed Matsunaga and his team and thanked for the continuous support from Toshiba and its product-dealers in the Kingdom, ALJ and Olayan Group.

After touring of the laboratories and workshops, Matsunaga said Sehai's technical quality is high particularly in the field of electronics with Japanese technology and work ethics.

Fahad Al-Harbi emphasized that Sehai, under the auspices of TVTC, is one of the model technical institutes in the Kingdom and the lectures are reputed to be "well organized and systematic".

Matsunaga said he appreciated Sehai’s contributions to the development of human resources and capacity building in the Kingdom.

Matsunaga was also impressed to see the qualified and well-trained instructors who were explaining the features of Sehai laboratories and utilizing electrical board in the class skillfully.
