The applicants need to log on to the website and select the option of ‘Saudi Arabia: Jeddah’ as the mission, where they want to apply for visa. They are then required to fill a self-explanatory visa form and submit it online to start the process, take a printout, and approach a preferred visa outsourcing agency (namely VFS Global, Al Fifer & Al Tayyar) and submit copy of their application, passport, 2 photographs and application fees.

This would enable visa-outsourcing agencies to access forms online and further process their applications. In case of urgency, applicants may directly approach the Consulate.
