The aim of the project is to build housing for students near the University of Tetovo as there is only one other dormitory available which houses 5 percent of the total student population.

The students will be charged at a minimum as no profit is involved and the number of beneficiaries will be approximately 200 to 250 students. CHOM is a nonpolitical, nongovernmental, educational, charity institution that aims to help educate members of society, especially women. Its affiliations include several ministries in Macedonia: the Islamic Development Bank, WAMY, Muslim World League and the Human Rights Association in Istanbul.
