The ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon Event Village opened its doors in patriotic style to mark the 48th UAE National Day. Traditional Emirati Ayallah dancers, a UAE National Day parade and a variety of children’s entertainers made for a fun family day out in the nation’s capital.
The Event Village is open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. every day from Dec. 2 to 5. It is located near the Abu Dhabi Corniche, between the ADNOC Headquarters and Baynunah Park.
Over 15,000 participants have already signed up for the marathon this month. In the UAE and MENA region, the host broadcaster Abu Dhabi Media is providing the full live coverage of the event, with pre-race and post-race studio shows.
ADNOC is a diversified energy and petrochemicals group with a daily output of about 3 million barrels of oil and 10.5 cubic feet of natural gas.
