King Abdul Aziz University (KAU) and Zamil Offshore recently signed an agreement under the patronage of Abdulrahman Obaid AI-Youbi, president of KAU.
The agreement was signed by Dean of the Faculty of Maritime Studies Dr. Hattan Timraz and Mazen S. Al-Harbi, chief of human resources at Zamil Offshore.
The signing took place in the presence of company representatives, Habbas M. Al-Mutairi, general manager of ECD; Abdulrahman Al-Muhemeed; and Mohammed Al-Subaie.
Under the agreement, the two parties will cooperate on education, maritime training and the employment of graduates.
Zamil Offshore, founded in 1977, is a Saudi company working in diversified business fields. It is renowned as the largest offshore and marine services provider in the Middle East.
