Lifestyle Developers has achieved yet another milestone with the successful completion of its latest project, Diyar Al-Salam.

True to its philosophy, Diyar Al-Salam, which means “home of peace,” is encased in doves, a symbol of peace.

The project is not just a name, it is a philosophy to Lifestyle Developers Founder Sultan Batterjee.

It is the first private residential sector LEED-certified project in the Kingdom. The project won the “5-Star Best Residential Project Award” in the Middle East presented by the International Property Awards in London.

“With the slogan ‘a community within a community,’ Diyar Al-Salam is an urban retreat within the city, designed to evoke a sense of tranquility and serenity. From this, a concept was born, in which the symbol of the ‘dove of peace’ became the prevailing theme throughout the development,” a press release said.

“Diyar Al-Salam combines a forward thinking design aesthetic with respect for traditional values. When you step into the ‘sky garden,’ you will be mesmerized by the long reflecting pool which catches and reflects the sunset across the space. At both ends of the ‘sky garden’ are state-of-the-art, private male and female gyms which promote wellness in living.

“A playful nursery overlooks the ‘sky garden,’ providing a nurturing environment for your children and is equipped with an outdoor play area. The development also caters to business needs, with a library that doubles up as a spacious and quiet meeting room. A multi-purpose room provides residents a private facility for hosting gatherings including birthdays, parties, engagements and baby showers.”

Diyar Al-Salam offers a variety of ready-to-move units, ranging from a one-bedroom apartment to a five-bedroom penthouse with a private roof terrace and outdoor swimming pool. The project aims to build a community that promotes a lifestyle of inspiration, wellness and peace.

“Batterjee strongly believes in the essence of the community and dedicates his work to adding value and raising the standard of living in the communities that he builds,” the press release added.
