Nescafé Dolce Gusto, a Nestlé Middle East brand, launched its state-of-the art Esperta machine in Saudi Arabia at an event running until Nov. 23 at the Red Sea Mall in Jeddah. The new machine allows consumers to fully customize their coffee and enjoy a variety of brews in the convenience of their homes.
“Saudi Arabia represents a robust market to Nestlé Middle East and we are committed to offering our Saudi consumers not only excellent quality coffee and elegantly designed products but also innovations that firmly put their needs first,” said Hossam Abdelrahim, general manager, Nestlé Saudi Arabia.
“We are proud to be one of the few markets globally to offer our most advanced Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine yet to our Saudi consumers,” added Abdelrahim.
Combining a sophisticated design with two expert brewing modes, the machine can be connected via Bluetooth to the Nescafé Dolce Gusto app, enabling consumers to personalize the temperature and size of their coffee. It can also save their preferences and schedule preparations in advance.
The Esperta operates with two brewing modes: Espresso Boost and Delicate Brew. With the Espresso Boost barista preparation mode, consumers can enjoy more intense espressos at a touch of a button, while with the Delicate Brew expert preparation mode, they can taste a more balanced and aromatic grande or lungo.
Consumers can also enjoy the two newly launched single-origin capsules made from 100 percent organic arabica beans from Colombia and Peru which will be available for purchase for a limited period only.
Aligned with Nestle Middle East’s commitment to sustainability and energy consumption, the machine also includes an “eco-mode” feature, which automatically switches off the machine after 5 minutes of inactivity.
“With Esperta’s up to 15 bar high-pressure system, customers can also pick from over 20 high-quality creations capsules and enjoy a professional coffee with a thick, velvety crema,” the company said.
The new Esperta machine is available across major retail stores in the Kingdom.
