Members of Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University’s American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) will take part in an international competition for the best manufacturing robot in California on March 22-26.

A team of eight students from the university’s mechanical engineering department are preparing the robots for the competition.

ASME students won second place in the regional Student Design Competition in Beirut in 2015.
