Financial adviser and lead manager Aljazira Capital has started receiving subscriptions for Public Warehousing Co.’s initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market.
Subscription runs for 10 days until Sunday, confined to qualified investors.
The company plans to offer 1.29 million shares, or 30 percent of capital, which will increase its total shares to 4.29 million at a set price of SR10 ($2.67) per share.
According to the company’s prospectus, the minimum share limit is set at 500 shares while the maximum is 214,299 shares. The allotment date is Oct. 19.
Public Warehousing engages in the setting up and managing of warehouses close to main ports, airports and highways.
