Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana — Riyadh recently hosted a cooking class for the wives of the ambassadors in the Saudi capital, including those from Finland, Mauritius, Greece, Argentina, India, Turkey and the UK.
The session was held at the luxury dining restaurant, Spectrum. The chef demonstrated the various steps involved in making sushi.
Participants, dressed in Spectrum aprons, volunteered to join the chef. Everyone showed great interest and energy in making their own sushi.
Later, the ladies shared their plates with each other to taste the sushi made by different participants.
Located in Riyadh, Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana is the second property to open in Saudi Arabia under the Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by the Rotana brand.
