MARDAN, Northwest Pakistan: Eleven-year-old Aniba is studying in grade five at a primary school in Mardan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

A few months ago, the little girl started saving her pocket money to open a shop in her village for children. After Aniba saved Rs1300 (USARA $12.0), her father helped her set up a small shop inside their house.
