June 6: Dawn report by Kalbe Ali states that the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) on Tuesday unveiled its 12-point election manifesto covering almost everything from local government to protection of Muslim minorities in other countries. The manifesto was unveiled by MMA president Maulana Fazlur Rehman, who is also the chief of his own faction of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam.
