July 27: The Times of India report by Rajeev Deshpande states that though progress in India-Pakistan ties is usually never more than incremental and can be reset to zero by the next terror attack on India, there is a possibility that the current pause along the Line of Control may outlast the Pakistan army's preoccupation with elections.
