LuLu Hypermarket Saudi Arabia has signed an MoU with the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques, establishing a strategic partnership to extend exclusive benefits to the authority’s employees.

The agreement was signed by Ayman bin Abdulrahman Al-Junaidi, vice president — shared services sector at the General Authority, and Mohammed Haris, director of LuLu Saudi Arabia, in the presence of Ahmed bin Salman Al-Hazmi and Hossam bin Waheed Mursi from the authority’s internal communications team.

Through this MoU, LuLu Hypermarket will offer exclusive employee benefits across all its stores in the Kingdom, including at Al-Rusayfah and Jabal Omar District branches in Makkah, and Al-Manakha branch in Madinah. This initiative reflects LuLu’s commitment to supporting the employees who serve millions of worshippers and visitors at the two holy mosques.

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques is the entity responsible for organizing, managing, operating, and maintaining the Grand Mosque and Prophet’s Mosque, as well as providing all services for the guests of Allah to ensure their comfort and safety and enrich their religious experience in accordance with the highest quality standards.

The authority manages daily operations including crowd control, cleaning, and maintenance, and provides essential services such as pilgrim assistance, multilingual guidance, facilities for the elderly and people with disabilities, childcare centers, distribution of Zamzam water, and digital platforms for booking transportation and visits. It also collaborates with volunteers and government agencies to enhance visitor support.

LuLu Hypermarket is continuing to expand its footprint across the Kingdom, with four new stores set to open soon in Madinah, further strengthening its presence and service network.
