RIYADH: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced the results of its inspections of recruitment offices and companies in the first quarter of 2026, as part of efforts to regulate the sector, ensure compliance, and protect the rights of all parties.
The ministry said it identified violations against 14 recruitment agencies. Three agencies were suspended, while the licenses of 11 were revoked for failing to correct violations within the specified time frame.
Violations included breaches of recruitment regulations, delays in refunding beneficiaries, and failure to address complaints, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday.
The ministry said the measures aim to strengthen compliance, improve service quality, and ensure a transparent and well-regulated work environment.
The ministry added that it will continue to monitor recruitment offices and companies, and impose penalties on violators.
It urged use of the Musaned platform, the national platform for recruitment services, which enables electronic contracting with accredited providers and offers tools for evaluation, reporting, and follow-up.
Violations can be reported by calling 920002866 or through the Musaned app.
