- Officials reaffirm Kingdom’s commitment to provide world-class services for this year’s pilgrimage
ARAR: Hajj and Umrah Minister Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, General Authority of Civil Aviation President Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority Gov. Suhail Abanmi, and Passports Acting Director-General Saleh Al-Murabba recently toured the Al-Haditha and Jadidat Arar border crossings to review workflow and preparations for receiving and serving Hajj pilgrims.
During the visits, they assessed the operational readiness and services provided at both crossings. In addition, they reviewed procedures and evaluated the smooth flow of movement to ensure efficient, high-quality services for pilgrims from the moment they arrive at the Kingdom’s entry points.
They also reviewed capabilities and facilities, as well as coordination mechanisms among government entities operating at the crossings, reflecting integrated efforts to enhance readiness during the Hajj season.
These visits are a part of field follow-up inspections at land ports. They reflect the commitment of relevant government entities to provide seamless services to pilgrims, in line with the Kingdom’s care for those performing Hajj and its dedication to facilitating their rituals with ease and reassurance.
