PRISTNA: Israeli forces on Sunday carried out a series of incursions into several towns and villages north of Tulkarm, in the occupied West Bank, including the towns of Saida, Attil, Ellar, and Deir Al-Ghusun.
Local sources said the forces stormed and searched dozens of homes, damaging contents and detaining dozens of residents.
The sources added that detainees were taken to homes seized by the army after forcing their residents out, which were then converted into military posts and field interrogation centers.
Israeli forces also raided shops, questioning those inside and inspecting their mobile phones.

Also on Sunday, Israeli settlers began paving a colonial road in the town of Beit Awwa, west of Hebron.
The sources said settlers used heavy machinery to carve out a road on land belonging to the Al-Awawda and Al-Suwaiti families near an Israeli military tower at the entrance of the town.
