The head of Egypt Actors’ Union, Ashraf Abdul Ghafour, said that a strict punishment would be imposed on any actor who stood against Arab revolutions. He said that Raghda, as a Syrian, had no right to talk about the Egyptian revolution. He also said that everyone had the right to express their opinion freely as long as they did not attack others. He said that if it was proven that Raghda attacked the Egyptian revolution, she would face strict punishment. Raghda appeared lately on satellite channels and spoke against the revolutions. She expressed her full support to Arab rulers, including the Syrian president. She said that the revolutionists were traitors and driven by outside forces. A number of lawyers previously demanded that Raghda be banned from entering Egypt.
