InterContinental Jeddah, Crowne Plaza Jeddah and Dar Al-Tawhid InterContinental from Makkah represented IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) at the King Abdul Aziz University job fair held at the university campus recently.
As part of IHG’s commitment to support corporate social responsibility, the above hotels have signed an agreement with the university to develop and train their students and provide job opportunities in the group’s hotels under the IHG program called IHG Academy.
Because of this partnership, IHG was the only hotel company that was invited to participate at the job fair.
“More than 200 Saudi graduates visited and registered in our booth and also took the opportunity to become fans of IHG in the social media,” said a press release.
Anjum Khan — area training manager Saudi West, Abdullah Twaim, HR manager — InterContinental Jeddah, Nasser Sheriff — HR manager, Crowne Plaza Jeddah, Omar Al-Ghamdi, training manager, Crowne Plaza Jeddah, and Mohammad Barnawi — HR manager InterContinental Dar Al-Tawhid, represented IHG at the job fair.
They thanked the university management for a well-organized event.
