Alyoum bowlers score double in FBGR Tuesday League

Alyoum nailed a Best Team of the Week and Best Bowler of the Week double courtesy of Joel Batolina on the 11th and last week before the winter break of the Alyoum-FBGR Tuesday Bowling League 12th Conference at the Universal Bowling Center here.
Alyoum, one of the finest fresh chicken providers in the Kingdom, sponsored the tournament under the auspices of Filipino Bowling Group of Riyadh (FBGR).
Sponsor team Alyoum mentored by Jun Daniel, blanked IBG Storm of Ric Singson 4-0 (24-4 points) with Batolina at the helm by scoring the high series of 884 points on lines of 208, 196, 225, and 255. Supporting Batolina were Fhel Ramos 845, Beth Danganan 805 and Doy Del Moral 800. Daniel added 603 in three games while Emerson Mitra had 144. Scorers for the losing team were Clem Salazar 727, Freddie Solomon 718, Ric Singson 701, Fathi Abdulaziz 632, and Ronald Cruz 553.
TGIT Genesis, mentored by Rollie Cleofe, upset Breakers of Shakur Kamlian 16-9. Bernie Bacani rolled 780 points with Rizal Dellosa on 773, Lito Vega 765, Efren Abuyo 724, while Rollie Cleofe made 515 Ed Sesperes 177. Kamlian led his team with 846 points followed by Butch Espinosa 723, Ramon Chua 704, Alfie Kamlian 677 and Joe Rafael 633.
Enigma, mentored by Bandar Al-Marshad, edged Die Hard of Ric Urrutia 11-9 in 2-2 match. Top scorers were Joe Garrido 774, Art Yukong 767 and Edwin Atienza 722. Erwin Nacario added 650, Sammy San Juan 498 and Bandar Al-Marshad 172. Urrutia paced Die Hard on 794. Ed Cruz tallied 697, Nap Torres 653, Butch Mateo 644, Rudy Usudan 573 and Jess Ambon 169.
In another match, UBC Family of Lulu Quejada defeated Tsamba Bowlers of Abdulrahman Ahmed 19-8. Celis Viloria was the main man at UBC on 856. MS had bowled big too on 804. The other scorers were Dennis Gabriel 737, Bembol Velasco 713, Abdullah Amoudi 552 and Rodel Maranca 160. Nina De Vera showed the way at Tsamba on 815. Ely Fanugao compiled 683, Zaldy Torres 608, Gerry Damiray 514 and Leo Mabunga 468.
In other matches, UFTBR, mentored by Armin Isles, defeated Dabarkads of Charlie Cheng 19-6, Almarai CPP, captained by Manny Dolon, upset EPO-L of Lope Ramirez 14-11 and Minions, mentored by Dong Yamco, beat T3S Warriors of Nelson De Vera 19-8.
