Single GCC visa

It is heartening to note that the GCC countries are making headway in a number of areas and moving ahead with the plan of a Gulf union. The issuance of a single GCC visa is good news. The best part is that even expatriates will benefit from this move. This will help facilitate traveling between GCC countries and boost tourism all across the Gulf.
I think we are getting closer to the formation of a union. I hope that the GCC countries soon realize their dream of forming this much-needed union. However, they must consider all the aspects very carefully. We always cite the European Union (EU) as an example. There are many members of the EU regretting their decision.
