KHC owns 47.5% stake in Four Seasons

RIYADH: As Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts was voted Best Hotel Group Worldwide in Gallivanter’s Guide, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), said: “This is an important achievement for Kingdom Holding.”
Moreover, KHC owns a 47.5 percent stake in the Four Seasons, which is co-owned by Bill Gates’ Cascade with a 47.5 percent stake, and the remaining 5 percent is owned by Isadore Sharp.
Recently, Prince Alwaleed met with Allen Smith, CEO Four Season Hotels and Resorts, and Randy Jack, Cascade Investments, during the prince’s visit to France. The meeting was also attended by Sarmad Zok, chairman and CEO of Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI) and member of KHC’s board of directors.
