TABUK: Tabuk Gov. Prince Fahd bin Sultan, chairman of the region’s Tourism Development Council, was briefed on Tuesday about development and service projects in the city.

The total cost of these projects exceeds SR12.6 billion ($3.4 billion). They include initiatives related to housing, transportation, the environment and agriculture. The governor said that citizens have witnessed a qualitative change in the Kingdom in recent years, and praised the leadership of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for achieving this.

Prince Fahd added that observers outside the country can see the shift that has taken place in Saudi Arabia. In particular he highlighted the enhanced and more effective role of women in the efforts to build the nation.
