HAIL: The 2018 Hail Nissan International Rally of the Saudi Federation of Automobiles and Motorcycles headquarters announced that registration for the Hail Nissan Rally is open, Okaz newspaper reported on December 5.
The rally will be held from January 13-18, and the committee urged participating groups and drivers to register before December 14, and to complete the process online. The committee said it is giving a discount of 50 percent on the registration fees.
The technical committee took into consideration the various features of the region with its beautiful locations when designating the race track for this year, which contributed in raising the technical value of the race. The total distance of the race will be around 13,000 km, 800 km of which is designated for special three-stage races.
The Saudi Federation of Automobiles and Motorcycles’ technical committee has set the schedule of the rally in its 13th version, sponsored by Nissan Middle East, as follows: Documentation and delivery of papers on January 13; technical tests on January 14; the opening and launching of the review stage on Jan. 15; the special first and second phases will be launched on the Jan. 16 and 17; and the third special phase on Jan. 18.
