These are the regional brands to look out for in 2021.

  1. Pacifism
    Pacifism

    The London-based brand by Saudi designer Talal Hizami offers a blend of sports-inspired silhouettes and a refined approach to tailoring. The emerging label, which debuted its Fall 2020 collection “Higher Power” at its first-ever London Fashion Week Men’s show last year, has just dropped its latest array of formal streetwear-inspired garments.

  2. BassCoutur
    BassCoutur

    Tunisian designer Riad Trabelsi is building his sustainable, Paris-based label by recycling, upcycling, and sourcing deadstock. He will be presenting his new collection during Paris Men's Fashion Week this month.

  3. Born in Exile
    Born in Exile

    Spearheaded by Libyan designer Ibrahim Shebani, the womenswear label is an embodiment of Libya’s rich history of exceptional craftsmanship. Think intricate embroidery on denim, Italian calfskin leather and French silk jacquard. 

  4. One and Four
    One and Four

    The sustainable, Dubai-based label is the brainchild of Egyptian designer Engy Mahdy, who recently launched a new line of comfy essentials made out of recycled cotton.

  5. The Giving Movement
    The Giving Movement

    Helmed by Dubai-based Dominic Nowell-Barnes, the active and leisurewear label donates proceeds from every sale to fund projects that are dedicated to improving the wellbeing of those who are impoverished.

  6. Meera Adnan
    Meera Adnan

    The Gaza-based designer, who was born in Saudi Arabia, is known for her 1980’s-inspired silhouettes and romantic tailoring.
