International brands, including Dior and Yves Saint Laurent, are tapping Middle Eastern actors and models to be their ambassadors and front their campaigns.

The Egyptian actor was announced as Dior’s Middle East fashion and fragrance ambassador. The Cairo-born star is also the ambassador for French luxury label Cartier.

The Syrian Olympic swimmer is the Swiss watch brand Oris’s ambassador. She recently represented the brand at the fourth annual Geneva Watch Days fair, which took place earlier this month.

The US Dutch Palestinian model teamed up with British beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury in June and has already starred in the label’s campaign for the Airbrush Flawless Lip Blur, a hydrating matte liquid lipstick.

The US Kuwaiti influencer and entrepreneur signed with Global athletic label New Balance in 2021. She was the first female representative from the region to sign for the brand.
