Since the coronavirus outbreak, many regional museums and galleries have been forced to close their doors and move online instead.

  1. Art Dubai
    Art Dubai

    The 2020 Online Catalogue showcases more than 500 artworks by participating galleries across all fair sections, as well as a series of performances pieces streamed online.

  2. Warehouse421
    Warehouse421

    The Abu Dhabi-based arts and design center just launched its virtual experience and online programming featuring a series of video lessons, podcasts, book readings, community talks and curatorial tours.

    Jeddah’s Athr Gallery is showcasing all of its exhibitions via its Instagram page, in addition to conversations with artists and curators and virtual studio visits with artists.

  4. AlSerkal Avenue
    AlSerkal Avenue

    The Dubai-based arts hub has launched an online platform that allows audiences to browse through their contemporary art galleries with 360 views of each installation.

  5. Jameel Arts Centre

    The cultural institution is turning to its online platforms, including social media channels, to engage with audiences, giving them the opportunity to get to know artists and deep dive into exhibitions.

    Art lovers can tour some of the country’s famed museums and archaeological sites, such as the Menna Tomb, which are viewable on the ministry’s website and social media platforms.
